MeraCVResume.com is an AI-powered resume builder service that allows users to create professional resumes in Hindi and English. Our Service includes:

• Resume creation and editing tools
• AI-powered content enhancement
• Multiple professional templates
• PDF export functionality
• Cloud storage for resumes

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with restrictions on number of resumes
• Basic Plan: ₹99/month with enhanced features
• Pro Plan: ₹199/month with unlimited access

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information in your resumes. Do not include false information or misrepresentations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to access the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to enhance resume content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed by you before use. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Udgam Labs LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES FROM USING OUR SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UDGAM LABS LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
